A quick and easy ice cream recipe. Who would have thought about marshmellows. Had this recipe for a long time.. not sure which magazine I clipped this out of.

Ingredients
  • 1 quart ripe peaches, chopped
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 32 large marshmellows
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 gallon milk

Directions
  1. Slowly melt marshmellows, sweetened condesnsed milk, and sugar in a double boiler
  2. Let cool
  3. Add peaches and remaining milk
  4. Freeze your normal way in an ice cream maker
  5. Makes one gallon
