Peach Ice Cream

A quick and easy ice cream recipe. Who would have thought about marshmellows. Had this recipe for a long time.. not sure which magazine I clipped this out of.
Ingredients
- 1 quart ripe peaches, chopped shopping list
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 32 large marshmellows shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 gallon milk shopping list
How to make it
- Slowly melt marshmellows, sweetened condesnsed milk, and sugar in a double boiler
- Let cool
- Add peaches and remaining milk
- Freeze your normal way in an ice cream maker
- Makes one gallon
