A sweet sauce you can serve with any type of pork or duck. Another one of my mom's recipes.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups apple or plum jelly
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Directions
  1. In a saucepan combine all ingredients
  2. Cook over moderate heat until thickened, about 10 minutes
  3. Good with baked ham, smoked pork chops or duck
