How to make it

  • Slice onion. Fry lightly in oil for 1 minute. Add chicken and brown.
  • Combine recipe base and chopped tomatoes (with juice), heat until warm.
  • Reduce heat, ocver and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirirng occasionally. Add olives and heat through. Serve with crips green salad and garnish with oregano.
