GELATIN TREATS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stinson Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992.

Ingredients
  • 1 package lime gelatin
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 small bananas
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup pecans crushed
  • 1/2 cup red cherries

Directions
  1. Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in 1 cup boiling water and whip.
  2. Dissolve mayonnaise in 1/3 cup boiling water then add marshmallow mixture.
  3. Let almost gel and add remaining ingredients.
  4. Let it gel completely before serving.
