Peachy Spareribs

- 3 pounds spareribs quartered shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 large can peach halves in heavy syrup shopping list
- 1 cup catsup shopping list
- 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced fresh onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange ribs in a shallow roasting pan meaty side up then sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt.
- Drain peaches saving the syrup.
- Blend syrup with catsup, Worcestershire, onion, flour, mustard, cloves, salt and pepper.
- Heat to boiling then pour over ribs and bake at 375 for 1-1/2 hours.
- Baste often turning after 1 hour.
- Place peaches cut side down around the ribs then bake 10 more minutes basting with sauce.
