How to make it

  • Arrange ribs in a shallow roasting pan meaty side up then sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt.
  • Drain peaches saving the syrup.
  • Blend syrup with catsup, Worcestershire, onion, flour, mustard, cloves, salt and pepper.
  • Heat to boiling then pour over ribs and bake at 375 for 1-1/2 hours.
  • Baste often turning after 1 hour.
  • Place peaches cut side down around the ribs then bake 10 more minutes basting with sauce.
