How to make it

  • cut all ingredients into the same bite size chunks
  • with alittle oil in the wok, saute the garlic until fragant add chilli, sea cucumber, squid, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli, stirr
  • add stock, cover, simmer for 10 minutes
  • add shrimp, salt and pepper, taste
  • add corn starch mixture, stirr well, serve hot

    you can use scallops to replace the squid :)

    This sounds good but I really don't think I'll add the squid. I will try this. Maybe get brave enuf to try the squid!
