sea cucumber with bamboo shoots and shrimp stir fry

- 2oo grams of sea cucumber shopping list
- 100 grams of shrimp shopping list
- 100 grams of squid shopping list
- 100 grams of broccoli shopping list
- 100 grams of mushrooms shopping list
- 50 grams of carrots shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 chilli pepper (optional) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce shopping list
- salt and white pepper shopping list
- pinch of sugar or hon dashi shopping list
- 1 cup of stock shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of corn starch mixed with 2 tbs of water shopping list
How to make it
- cut all ingredients into the same bite size chunks
- with alittle oil in the wok, saute the garlic until fragant add chilli, sea cucumber, squid, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli, stirr
- add stock, cover, simmer for 10 minutes
- add shrimp, salt and pepper, taste
- add corn starch mixture, stirr well, serve hot
