This creamy rich white hot chocolate is another one of the Contessa's that I just love! This is addictive and oh so wonderful! Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 4c. whole milk
  • 4c. half and half
  • 1 pound white chocolate (yes you read this right!)
  • 2t. vanilla extract
  • 8-10 vanilla beans ( I skip this one for cost sake you could use extra vanilla extract)

Directions
  1. In a saucepan on med. heat add milk and half and half
  2. Heat to just a simmer
  3. Add white chocolate (chopped)
  4. When chocolate is melted add vanilla
  5. Whisk well and serve
