Almond pork roast Recipe

How to make it

  • marinate pork roast in cola and almond extract in roasting pan for 2 hours, covered
  • preheat oven to 325
  • place in oven and bake for 45 min
  • the remove cover and continue to bake basting occasionally
  • Goes great with scalloped potatoes au gratin
