I don't know about the moisturizing part, but it sounds tasty. Thanks.

I had visions of rubbing toast on your face!

You can use the avocado as a mask, but like every other moisturizers on the markets it’s a temporary fix to the problem. The body naturally moisturizes itself from inside out, and can’t do this from the outside in. There’s no such thing as you can push creams under the skin, they only sit on top of the skin, and act only as a shield. Any dermatologist will tell you this, and an avocado doesn’t come with chemicals that end up in your kidneys or liver. I’m 37 years old, but my skin (face/body) is scanned and graded “Between” ages 18 to 20. By eating avocado you give your system help with the extra natural oil avocados contain. Your system can easily identify an avocado, and put it to use with repairing the skin from the inside out. If you have a cholesterol problem then you should check with your doctor first.
