Rocket and Blueberry Salad

A simple salad that goes with anything. The nuttiness of the rocket and the mild sweetness of the blueberries create a unique flavour. I have found the best taste comes from using organic ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch/bag wild rocket shopping list
- 1 cup of blueberries shopping list
- balsamic vinegar shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- Block of parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the salad, shake out excess water and place in a bowl
- Wash blueberries and add to the salad
- Add 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Grind some fresh black pepper
- Garnish with slivers of parmesan scraped off with a knife or straight grater (bigger pieces work better than tiny ones)
