Stuffed Baked French Toast

- 12-14 slices Texa toast shopping list
- 8-12 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese,cubed shopping list
- 2 1/2 c. milk shopping list
- 1/2c maple syrup shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring(opt) shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- Toppiing: shopping list
- 1c brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped peacands,almonds,or walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam, or greas well with oleo. Layer half the bread, then all of the cream cheese cubes. Put reast of bread on top of cheam cheese. Mis in bowl with a mixer, the eggs, milk,syrup,flavorings and cinnamon. Pour over bread in pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, set out 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes,covered. Mix brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle on top and bake 10 minutes more, uncovered. Can serve with extra syrup
- NOTE: Use regular cream cheese not reduced fat or lite, they will not melt together with other ingredients.

Will be making this one, love these overnight recipes. Makes fixing breakfast much easier in the morning when you first get up. Great post.
