Tuna Tomato Casserole

- 2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna, drained shopping list
- 1 cup mayonaise shopping list
- 1 small onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 package (12 ounces) uncooked wide egg noodles shopping list
- 8 to 10 plum tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick shopping list
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Chedder or mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat over to 375 degrees
- Combine tuna, mayonaise, onion, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
- Prepare noodles according to package directions, cooking just until tender. Drain noodles; return to pan.
- Add tuna mixture to noodles; stir until well combined.
- Layer half of the noodle mixture, half of tomatoes and half of cheese in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Press down slightly. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.
