This is a savory cake we make in Cyprus with halloumi cheese (which is a 100% sheep and goat milk cheese) and with lots of mint in it.

I am sorry I left that out, probably I must have mentioned it somewhere in the rest of the recipe in my blog. I baked it for one hour at 180 degrees centigrade but depending on your oven leave it until a nice crispy crust is formed.
