How to make it

  • Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  • Mix egg and water in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Unfold pastry sheets on a non-stick surface and brush them with egg mixture.
  • Top one of them with cheese and herbs.
  • Place the other pastry sheet on top with the egg side down.
  • Roll gently with a rolling pin to seal.
  • Cut crosswise into strips.
  • Twist them and place on a baking sheet, pressing down ends.
  • Brush with remaining egg mixture. Bake for 10 min or until golden.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature :)
