Hamburger Vegetable Soup

- (* my little tweaks) shopping list
- 1-lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 2-tspn minced garlic shopping list
- 1 6-pk (small cans) Spicy V-8 shopping list
- *1-cup beef broth (only because we like a lot of liquid in our soup) shopping list
- 1(14.50-oz) can stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 2-cups coleslaw mix (I LOVE this “quickie” instead of chopping the carrots and cabbage) shopping list
- 2-cups frozen green beans, thawed shopping list
- 2-cups frozen corn, thawed shopping list
- 2-tbspn worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1-tspn dried basil shopping list
- *1-tspn salt shopping list
- *1-tspn Lowry’s seasoned salt shopping list
- *1/2-tspn black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet , brown down the ground beef, onions and garlic. Drain and add to the bottom of the crock pot .
- (5-qt works fine).
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combines.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
