Upside Down Pizza Recipe
Twist on regular Lasagna, low in fat, I got this recipe from Weight Watchers years ago. Tastes great even if you're not watching your weight. Everybody loves it!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • Dash – pepper, salt, garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 C. sliced Fresh mushrooms, Gr. pepper, Onion
  • 2 C. Tomato sauce (I use Healthy choice Spaghetti sauce)
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can low fat crescent rolls

Directions
  1. Spray skillet with Pam
  2. sauté turkey, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  3. Pour into 9” x 13” baking dish
  4. Top with vegetables
  5. Pour tomato sauce over vegetables & top with cheese
  6. Cover with rolls & bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
  7. Serves 6 to 8
