Ingredients
  • 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp Cabernet Sauvignon or other red wine
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 6 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Directions
  1. Butter 4 (6oz) custard cups or souffle dishes and place on baking dish.
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl for 1 min. or until butter is melted.
  3. Whisk until chocolate is melted.
  4. Stir in wine, sugar, vanilla, and sugar unitl blended.
  5. Whisk in eggs and yolk.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Spoon evenly into prepared dishes
  8. Bake in preheated 425F oven for 15 min.
  9. Sides should be firm and center should be soft.
  10. Let stand one min and invert onto seving plates.
  11. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

Made these last night, convection oven takes 9 minutes, outstanding with some fresh whipped cream and an extra drizzle of chocolate sauce
