How to make it

  • sepparate the whytes from the yellows and beat the yellows until they stay almost whyte;
  • melt the chocolate with the butter (can be in a microwaves in a temperature very low);
  • turn on the alvern at 180ยบ ;
  • beat the whytes until thel stay like snow and dont't fall;
  • add the yellows to the whytes slouly during one minute, after add the melted chocolate and butter and put in a cake pan covered by butter and flour who goes to alvern;
  • it take 25-30 minutes to cook.
  • After to be ready you can cover it with melted chocolate with a little bet of cream and butter.
  • Enjoy!!
