This is referred to as Easy Veggie Butter in How It All Vegan. I am curious to see if I'll like this better than Earth Balance...

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup soft tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of tumeric

Directions
  1. Blitz everything. It makes about a cup, and will last for 4-7 days.
