How to make it

  • Generously rub the stakes on all sides with the seasoned salt and black pepper then place in a large plastic bag with the worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and marinate turning frequently for at least 3hrs.
  • Grill the stakes till done as desired, about 7 minutes on each side for medium (well done is NOT recommended).
  • SAUCE:
  • In a small saucepan over low to med heat, add the butter till melted, add 1 Tbs of marinade, wine and mushrooms and heat for about 1 minute, add corn starch and stirr frequently untill well disolved and sauce has thickened.
  • Spoon mushroom sauce over stakes and dig in.
