How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350*.
  • Grease & flour 9 X 13 pan or tube pan
  • Beat together eggs and sugar.
  • Add and beat in oil.
  • Sift together and add flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Add and combine the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake 45 minutes (1 hour if using tube pan)

  • Frost cooled cake with following:
  • Blend together 8 oz, cream cheeze and 1 stick butter or margerine.
  • Then add 1 tspn vanilla and 1 box powdered sugar.
