How to make it

  • Prep the cauliflower by taking a paring knife and create medium florets from the cauliflower head
  • Place oil in large skillet and place on med heat
  • Add diced shallots and minced garlic to skillet and lightly brown
  • Add Purple Cauliflower and Asparagus and saute. Stirring sparingly till Asparagus has light searing on each side.
  • Add Vinegar to the veggies and stir mixture till the Vinegar smells sweet
  • Take off heat add salt and pepper stir and top with goat cheese crumbles (optional)

    I can imagine these colors would look and taste great paired with the right starches/sauces or even meat (alone would be good too) Good recipe using something not widely put in recipes!
