Ingredients
  • a 3 lb pork loin or two large tenderloins
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • garlic powder ( I like a lot)
  • 3 tsp McCormick pork seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • salt and fresh ground pepper
  • aluminum foil

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. trim excess fat from pork loin or tenderloin, but leave some fat
  3. rinse and pat dry
  4. roll in salt and pepper
  5. brown over medium high heat with olive oil
  6. when meat is thoroughly browned, remove pan from heat and put pork in baking dish
  7. pour chicken stock over pork
  8. sprinkle garlic powder and pork seasoning evenly on meat
  9. cover with foil
  10. bake 20 minutes per pound, until meat thermometer reads 160, or until juices run clear
  11. *I always take mine out at 155, it still cooks a bit while I'm finishing the rest of dinner
