- a 3 lb pork loin or two large tenderloins shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- garlic powder ( I like a lot) shopping list
- 3 tsp McCormick pork seasoning shopping list
- 2 cups chicken stock shopping list
- salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
- aluminum foil shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 375
- trim excess fat from pork loin or tenderloin, but leave some fat
- rinse and pat dry
- roll in salt and pepper
- brown over medium high heat with olive oil
- when meat is thoroughly browned, remove pan from heat and put pork in baking dish
- pour chicken stock over pork
- sprinkle garlic powder and pork seasoning evenly on meat
- cover with foil
- bake 20 minutes per pound, until meat thermometer reads 160, or until juices run clear
- *I always take mine out at 155, it still cooks a bit while I'm finishing the rest of dinner
