This is a very nice sauce to serve over vegetables or fruit. I have made this multiple times and never tire of it. Enjoyo

Ingredients
  • 1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
  • 4 teaspoons spicy mustard
  • 1/3 red bell pepper
  • 1/3 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped chives

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients until well mixed then chill.
  2. Serve over vegetables or fruit.
