Ground Meat Cutlet

- 2 dry rolls shopping list
- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 lb. ground pork shopping list
- 2 large yellow onions chopped finely shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 cloves of minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tbls. oil shopping list
How to make it
- Soak the dry rolls in milk or water
- squeeze out excess moisture and tear into small pieces
- combine meats, rolls, onions, garlic and spices
- mix well and shape into little footballs
- roll in bread crumbs
- Fry in oil until cooked through

i love meatball, a good idea for my bun( it just too sweet to eat but i'll bet it taste better on this meatballs recipe, thanks for giving me the idea.
