How to make it

  • Soak the dry rolls in milk or water
  • squeeze out excess moisture and tear into small pieces
  • combine meats, rolls, onions, garlic and spices
  • mix well and shape into little footballs
  • roll in bread crumbs
  • Fry in oil until cooked through
