Ingredients

1- 1 1/2 lbs.boneless petite steaks (somewhat still frozen)

1 can tomato soup

2 T vegetable oil

1 T white vinegar

3 T soy sauce

1 can drained water chestnuts

pinch of garlic powder

pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

1 large bag of frozen stir fry vegies/broccoli mix

2-3 C prepared white rice

Directions

Prepare instant white rice,then set aside.

Slice semi-frozen beef into very small bite size slivers or chunks.(Semi-frozen meat cuts much easier and the knife does not shred it the way it would room temp meat.)

In hot skillet,add oil and garlic powder,add meat:cook over medium flame,stirring often.Cook until browned,turning flame to low.

Drain water chestnuts and steam frozen vegies in the microwave.(5-7 min.covered)

Add tomato soup,vinegar and soy sauce to meat mixture,turning flame up,then saute for approx 5-7 min.The sauce will go from red to a very rich brown.Add steamed vegies/chestnuts and cook for approx 10 more minutes.Serve over white rice.
