Try this one I think that you will like it.(I know ,corn and tomatoes together,sounds to some not very good,but this dish is one my son-In -Law really likes and he is a picky eater.

Ingredients
- 1 Egg,beaten
- 2 Cups canned Corn,drained
- 2 Cups canned tomatoes,not drained,and crushed
- 1/3 cup chopped onion,fine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt,can use less
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 Cup coarse Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup melted Butter
Directions
- Mix every thing together,except the cracker crumbs
- Pour into a greased baking dish
- Sprinkle the cracker crumbs over the mixture and pour the melted butter over the cracker crumbs
- Bake at 350 degree for 35 minutes
- Enjoy
