Corn And Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 Egg,beaten

2 Cups canned Corn,drained

2 Cups canned tomatoes,not drained,and crushed

1/3 cup chopped onion,fine

1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoon flour

1/2 teaspoon salt,can use less

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1 Cup coarse Cracker Crumbs

1/4 Cup melted Butter

Directions

Mix every thing together,except the cracker crumbs

Pour into a greased baking dish

Sprinkle the cracker crumbs over the mixture and pour the melted butter over the cracker crumbs

Bake at 350 degree for 35 minutes
