Open-faced Broiled Turkey Sandwiches Recipe
This is a really easy recipe and tastes great! My family loves this one.

Ingredients
  • 4 french bread rolls
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 8 slices Hormel Turkey Store mesquite turkey (sliced thin)
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 3 T.olive oil
  • 1 T.oregano
  • 1 T.garlic powder
  • 1 t. italian seasoning
  • parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Slice the rolls horizontally so you have 8 halves.
  3. Heat skillet.
  4. Add olive oil to skillet,then add spices.
  5. When hot,place bread face down into the pan,press down with a spatula until the bread sizzles and turns orange/brown.
  6. (Add a LITTLE more oil if needed).
  7. Top bread with tomato slice,then turkey,then cheese,and sprinkle with parmesan and oregano/ital.seasoning.
  8. Pop into broiler for approx 8 minutes-or until bubbly and golden.
