Open-faced Broiled Turkey Sandwiches

- 4 French bread rolls shopping list
- 4 slices provolone cheese shopping list
- 8 slices Hormel turkey Store mesquite turkey (sliced thin) shopping list
- 2 sliced tomatoes shopping list
- 3 T.olive oil shopping list
- 1 T.oregano shopping list
- 1 T.garlic powder shopping list
- 1 t. italian seasoning shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler.
- Slice the rolls horizontally so you have 8 halves.
- Heat skillet.
- Add olive oil to skillet,then add spices.
- When hot,place bread face down into the pan,press down with a spatula until the bread sizzles and turns orange/brown.
- (Add a LITTLE more oil if needed).
- Top bread with tomato slice,then turkey,then cheese,and sprinkle with parmesan and oregano/ital.seasoning.
- Pop into broiler for approx 8 minutes-or until bubbly and golden.
