Fool Proof Hollandaise

- 200g melted butter shopping list
- 3 large egg yolks shopping list
- 1 table spoon of fresh lemon juice ( I use two if it's the bottled stuff) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl seperate the 3 egg yolks, whisk until they break up and start to go pale creamy yellow.
- Add in all the melted butter whisking the whole time, a table spoon at a time.
- Once thick and creamy add in the lemon juice salt and pepper.
- *Can also be done in a electric mixer.
