How to make it

  • Lightly oil 4 c. mold. In small saucepan, over low heat
  • Combine soup, cream cheese and gelatin, stir until mixture is smooth & creamy – about 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat; add remaining items.
  • Pour mixture in prepared mold. Cover and chill several hours or until firm.
  • Invert mold onto lettuce on serving plate. Serve with thinly sliced bread or crackers.
