CRAB MOUSSE DIP

- 10 ¾ oz. cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- (or cream of shrimp, celery) shopping list
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 env. unflavored gelatin shopping list
- (may be softened in sherry) shopping list
- 6 ½ oz. crab meat (or shrimp) shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion shopping list
- 1 T. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- ¼ t. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly oil 4 c. mold. In small saucepan, over low heat
- Combine soup, cream cheese and gelatin, stir until mixture is smooth & creamy – about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat; add remaining items.
- Pour mixture in prepared mold. Cover and chill several hours or until firm.
- Invert mold onto lettuce on serving plate. Serve with thinly sliced bread or crackers.
