Smoked Trout Spread

SMOKED TROUT SPREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Almond Estate in Grand Prairie Texas in 1992.
Ingredients
- 1 pound trout smoked shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon horseradish shopping list
- 1/8 cup pimento peppers chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red onion chopped fine shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except trout and beat at medium speed until well blended.
- Stir in trout with a spoon then cover and chill 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers.
