How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • Add oil,eggs,milk and carrots.
  • Beat on high for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in coconut,nuts and raisins.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes.
  • Frosting:
  • Cream butter,milk ,vanilla,cream cheese and salt.
  • Add powdered sugar and beat until right consistency.
  • Frost cooled cake.

    I think you made a mistake when writing out this recipe. on the bottom it says to add the coconut but at the top you left it out. I was just wanting to know how much coconut goes in??? I would like to make this tomorrow Jan 31/10 Can anyone help me please?????
