How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Beat egg.
  • Stir in milk and oil.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients, just until flour is moistened (batter should be lumpy).
  • Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 20 min.
  • Remove from pan immediately.
