Roasted Cornish Game Hens Recipe

How to make it

  • Spray a roasting pan with cooking spray
  • Line bottom of roasting pan with potato slices
  • Place game hens on top of potatos
  • Put cauliflower and broccoli over game hens
  • Pour water in roasting pan
  • Sprinkle all with garlic salt and cracked pepper
  • Put lid on and put in oven for 90 minutes at 350ยบ
