I love this recipe because your whole dinner is in one pan. And with everything in one pan it all tastes just yummy.

Ingredients
  • 5 medium size potatos ~ sliced
  • 2 game hens ~ rinsed
  • 1 head of cauliflower ~ broke up
  • 1 bunch of broccoli ~ broke up
  • 1 cup water
  • garlic salt

Directions
  1. Spray a roasting pan with cooking spray
  2. Line bottom of roasting pan with potato slices
  3. Place game hens on top of potatos
  4. Put cauliflower and broccoli over game hens
  5. Pour water in roasting pan
  6. Sprinkle all with garlic salt and cracked pepper
  7. Put lid on and put in oven for 90 minutes at 350ยบ
