Ingredients
  • 1 - 3 oz package strawberry jell-o
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large package frozen strawberries
  • Cool whip or whipped cream
  • Pie crust
  • Pecans

Directions
  1. Dissolve jell-o in the 1 cup boiling water
  2. Add frozen strawberries,breaking up in jell-o and will start to set
  3. When the jell-o starts to thicken,pour into,baked,cooled pie crust
  4. Chill until completely set
  5. Top with cool whip or whipped cream
  6. Sprinkle with chopped pecans,mainly for looks
  7. Enjoy

Being a Diabetic, I use sugar-free Strawberry jello and now that there is sugar-free topping, I'll use that.. I can almost taste it now! yummmmm
