Sour Cream Pork Chops Recipe
These pork chops are cooked with mushrooms in a skillet.

Ingredients
  • 4 center cut pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions
  1. Brown pork chops in oil in skillet; add mushrooms the last 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Mix broth, mustard, parsley, paprika, and salt and pepper; place onion rings on pork chops then pour broth mixture over all.
  3. Simmer for 1 1/4 hours, until chops are tender.
  4. Add the sour cream and cook for another 10 minutes, until hot.
  5. Serve with hot cooked noodles or rice.
