Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of good ground round
  • 1 to 2 carrots grated ,fine
  • 1/2 green sweet pepper,chopped fine
  • 2 stalks of celery(destrung) choppe fine
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 teas.prepared mustard
  • 1 beef cube crushed fine ,to powder
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Pepper

Directions
  1. Mix the above ingred.together
  2. Shape into patties
  3. Place on cookie sheet in refrigerator to let flavors,marry
  4. Note: If the mixture is to moist and does not want to form into the patties nicely,add a few,very few crushed saltine crackers,fine.
  5. Fry or Grill,just until done,but not dry
  6. Enjoy
