Apricot Salad

- 1 can crushed pineapple shopping list
- 12 ounce can apricot nectar shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 6 ounce box apricot gelatin shopping list
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 2 diced bananas shopping list
- Drain pineapple but save juice then combine nectar and water and bring to boil. shopping list
- Add gelatin stirring to dissolve. shopping list
- Stir in pineapple, marshmallows and bananas then pour into a baking dish and chill until firm. shopping list
- Cover with topping. shopping list

- 6 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
How to make it
- Combine flour, sugar, egg and pineapple in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over low heat stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat then add cream cheese and beat until smooth.
- Cool before topping gelatin mixture.
