These cookies are so simple. I like them because they are not too sweet and they are very lite.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of quick cooking oatmel
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of vegatable oil
  • 3 tablespoons of Pure Maple syrup Gade A or B

Directions
  1. Mix oatmel and sugar in a bowl making sure there are no lumps in the sugar
  2. Add the egg, oil and maple syrup. Let that soak for 15 minutes
  3. Spoon mixture on to lightly greased cookie sheet shaping the mounds with a fork dipped in water.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  5. Let them cool then store them in an airtight container.
