How to make it

  • Mix oatmel and sugar in a bowl making sure there are no lumps in the sugar
  • Add the egg, oil and maple syrup. Let that soak for 15 minutes
  • Spoon mixture on to lightly greased cookie sheet shaping the mounds with a fork dipped in water.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes
  • Let them cool then store them in an airtight container.
