Pumkin Cake Recipe
This delicious and easy holiday dessert will impress you with it's ease, and your guest with it's flavor!

Ingredients
  • 29 oz. Solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 C butter melted
  • Whipped Cream/Cool Whip

Directions
  1. Combine dry ingredients
  2. Mix with pumpkin
  3. Add eggs and beat lightly until just combined
  4. Add evaporated milk and mix well on low
  5. Put mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan
  6. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the top
  7. Drizzle with the melted butter
  8. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes until edges are firm and center has just set
  9. If top looks like it's getting too brown, lay a sheet of aluminum foil over the top for the last 10-15 minutes
  10. Cool
  11. Store in refrigerator
  12. Serve with whipped cream/Cool Whip
