Pumkin Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine dry ingredients
  • Mix with pumpkin
  • Add eggs and beat lightly until just combined
  • Add evaporated milk and mix well on low
  • Put mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan
  • Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the top
  • Drizzle with the melted butter
  • Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes until edges are firm and center has just set
  • If top looks like it's getting too brown, lay a sheet of aluminum foil over the top for the last 10-15 minutes
  • Cool
  • Store in refrigerator
  • Serve with whipped cream/Cool Whip
