Cream Of Potato And Celery Soup Recipe
I made this soup by accident. I was making celery mashed potatoes (something I had recently at a restaurant) and added too much milk!

Ingredients
  • Russet potatoes, 4 peeled and chopped
  • Celery, however much you have left-over, chopped
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Evaporated milk, 1 can
  • Sour cream, 1 small container
  • Parmesan cheese, 1 handful

Directions
  1. Chop potatoes and celery & place in a pot. Cover with cold water & bring to a boil.
  2. Boil until potatoes slip off the knife.
  3. Drain water & mash.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  5. Soup will be thick.
