How to make it

  • In a sauce pan, heat the milk and cream over medium-low heat until very hot but not boiling.
  • Grandulaly add the chocolate, stirring with a wooden spoon until melted and smooth.
  • Dissolve the cornstarch in a tablespoon of water and the vanilla and add to the chocolate mixture, stirring constantly until it is almost as thick as pudding. Serve immediately.
