Chocolate a la Taza

- 1 cup whole milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. cornstarch shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- In a sauce pan, heat the milk and cream over medium-low heat until very hot but not boiling.
- Grandulaly add the chocolate, stirring with a wooden spoon until melted and smooth.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a tablespoon of water and the vanilla and add to the chocolate mixture, stirring constantly until it is almost as thick as pudding. Serve immediately.
