Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs frozen broccoli spears or a bunch of broccoli
  • 3-4 chicken breasts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 1 c. grated cheese-use whatever you like
  • buttered cracker crumbs or bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Cook broccoli and drain
  2. Boil chicken,debone, and cut into pieces
  3. Saute celery and onion in butter and set aside
  4. Mix mayo,soup,lemon juice,and chicken
  5. Grease 9X13 inch casserole dish
  6. Layer broccoli first, then chicken mixture, then cheese
  7. Top with crumbs
  8. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly
