My neighbor made this frosting and gave me the recipe. I don't know how far this recipe will go. I just know it is really good.

Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small deep bowl. Beat until the mixture will stand in stiff peaks - about 4 or 5 minutes.
