Just Like Sees Chocolate Fudge Recipe

I found this in my mother in laws recipe box after she passed away. I don't know where she got it, but it is really good!

Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts.
- In Seperate pan:
- 1- 6 oz. can EVAPORATED milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 10 large marshmellows
Directions
- Put the chocolate chips, butter, vanilla and nuts in a medium sized bowl.
- Bring to a boil the evaporated milk, sugar, and marshmellows stirring constantly over low heat. Boil for 8 minutes.
- Pour boiled mixture over the mixture in the bowl and stir until melted. Pour into a prepared pan and place in refrigerator to harden.

I think this is the recipe my mother used to have and made when I was a child. Thanks for posting! It's great because you don't have to cook to a certain temperature, just a certain time. I don't know about the amounts, but I know the ingredients are the same. I have looked for this recipe for years!
