Beautiful green cocktail balancing the dryness of the gin with the sweetness of pineapple and the fresh flavour of mint. Garnish: With a pineapple leaf or a sprig of mint
Ingredients
- 1 Shot Hendricks gin shopping list
- 1 Shot De Kuyper Crème De Menthe - Green shopping list
- Top up pineapple juice shopping list
How to make it
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add the De Kuyper Crème de Menthe- Green and gin.
- Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
- Top up carefully with pineapple juice.
