Beautiful green cocktail balancing the dryness of the gin with the sweetness of pineapple and the fresh flavour of mint. Garnish: With a pineapple leaf or a sprig of mint

Ingredients
  • 1 Shot Hendricks Gin
  • 1 Shot De Kuyper Crème De Menthe - Green
  • Top up Pineapple Juice

Directions
  1. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add the De Kuyper Crème de Menthe- Green and gin.
  2. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Top up carefully with pineapple juice.
