How to make it

  • Preheat broiler
  • Coat a non-stick, ovenpoof skillet with cooking spray and heat
  • Add onion, garlic, and sausage meat & saute until sausage is no longer pink, about 4 minutes
  • Add thyme, broth, beans, and tomato paste, simmer 10 minutes
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs over the skillet mixture
  • Place under broiler until breadcrumbs are browned, about 30 seconds
  • 1 3/4 cups per serving
