Ingredients
  • 3 Ripe avocados, halved, seeded, and peeled
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tsp. chopped jalapeño pepper**
  • 1/2 Cup bottled salsa
  • 1/2 Tsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 Tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. ground black pepper Baked tortilla chips

Directions
  1. In medium bowl, mash avocados with fork or potato masher. Stir in onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño pepper, salsa, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover surface of mixture with plastic wrap. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
  3. *Chill time extra
  4. **Use caution when handling hot peppers. Wear disposable gloves or wash hands thoroughly in hot, soapy water
