Ingredients
  • Meat Balls:
  • 1 pound of ground round
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teas. salt
  • 1/2 teas. hot sauce
  • Mix together and shape into medium size balls
  • Set a side.
  • Soup Base:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup chopped potatoe
  • 1 cup chopped (de-string)celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 teas. hot sauce
  • 1 -16 oz jar of cheez Whiz
  • Place prepared meat balls and all other ingred.except the cheez whiz in the slow cooker.stir gently.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 Hours
  • Before serving,stir Cheez Whiz into hot soup until melted.
  • Serve and Enjoy
