How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In mix bowl, combine stuffing can of seasoned tomatoes (with juice) and water together until stuffing is moist but not too wet
  • heat all of the sausage in microwave for 1 minute, should be cool enough to touch yet soft enough to cut
  • Tear apart or cut sausage in to small pieces (size is done to preference, I usually do it with my hands)
  • Mix sausage in with stuffing mixture
  • Press mixture in to square baking dish and cover with as much mozzarella as you like (I use the whole bag), making sure to at least cover all visible stuffing
  • Bake in oven for 30 min or until cheese is golden and bubbly

    I cooked this last night and it was really good. I would add garlic, onion,and oregano if making it for just me but my son likes bland. It was good left over too.
